Some registration terms reduced
Currently according to the project of Order of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property it is planned to correct time frames of some services rendering by Rospatent. In particular this project provides information on correction of timing of state registration of inventions, utility models and industrial designs. Thus the term of registration and patent grant on invention to be reduced to 34 months, industrial design - 20 months and 2 weeks.
